I’m back in NYC again from another long Ireland trip.  Saw this on Craigslist yesterday, hilarious, made me smile among the tedium of all the other ads:

A tiny dark room in a filthy apt with 5 rooms where 2 rooms occupied by the tenant who pays only for 1 room.

great detail about this demeaning experience that has left me slightly inhibited and passively bullied by a wannabee artist.
Amazing how great art is ignored by wannabees who don’t get any furher then displaying a childish way of creative
